Job description

Admin / Clerical office staff

Hrs 37.5 Mon-Fri

Main Duties

  • Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
  • Maintenance of filing system.
  • Processing mail.
  • Processing and collating information.
  • Processing invoicing.
  • Taking and relaying messages / information.
  • Dealing with a range of queries.
  • Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
  • Making appointments.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.
  • Excellent Rates of pay

Essential

  • 4 GCSE grade A-C or equivalent to include English or one year clerical experience
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • For typing posts - RSA/OCR Stage 11 Text Processing Part 1 and Part 11 ( or equivalent / above qualification).

OR

  • 1 years word processing experience, to include typing and formatting of reports and letters.
