Health Care Engineering Manager wanted

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Temporary Full-time – one month initially
– Hours 37.5 per week
– Salary Band 8a
– Location: Derry / Londonderry

ESSENTIAL
– HNC/HND or equivalent in either:
– Electrical Engineering or
– Mechanical Engineering or
– Building Services Engineering or
– Electrical and Electronic Engineering or
– Equivalent of above

A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience at Band 6 level or equivalent, which includes

Project Management and /or Management of Maintenance in Building Services, Equipment and Management of Staff

OR Degree in either:

Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Building Services Engineering
Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Equivalent of above
And have

A minimum of 4 years post qualification experience at band 6 level or equivalent, which includes

Project Management and/or Management of Operations and Maintenance of Building Services Equipment and Management of Staff.

In addition applicants must also demonstrate evidence of the following:

Evidence of personal responsibility / accountability for delivering and achieving effective and efficient improvements at Departmental/Trust level.

Evidence of people management and financial budgetary management

Demonstrate leadership, delegation and decision making skills in a multi-professional environment.

This is a non-clinical role and training will be provided.

DESIRABLE

Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Equivalent of above
And have
