NW Recruitment are recruiting an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the branch across all departments, when required. To enter data from various source documents into computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. Work within GDPR legislation.
To report to the HR Manager and Registered Manager in accordance with established guidelines
To answer calls and refer to correct person/department
Arrange interviews and participate in interviews
To book induction and update training
Ensure data is input into computerised information system
Check source of documents for accuracy
Scan documents into document management systems or data bases
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Have the flexibility to work in any of the NWCare branches should business needs dictate
Essential
A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a busy office environment
Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
Diary management
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
Flexibility to work in any NWCare branch, should business needs dictate
Desirable
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to deal with others effectively
Ability to plan and organise workload
Capable of working as part of a team but also working on own initiative
Good working knowledge of IT and telephone systems
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter date at the required speed
Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
